Blue Beetle is kobra fanatic's head, Namor's Torso, Ult Cyclops right arm, manhunters right hand and gun, Constrictor's left arm, Intergang Medics legs and Wreckers boots.
Booster Gold is simply Namor's torso, Wondermans Arms, Sinestro's legs and Booster Gold's head. The left hand I believe is from Killer frost.
Captain Cold is made out of Blade's legs, Icons Aquaman's Torso, Ultimate Wolverine's head and Blue Beetle's gun. I am not sure whos arms I used but everything else is putty.
DeathStroke is a copy of a mod I saw online. It recylces a lot of the old Deathstroke but uses IC Cap's legs Hydra Operatives Left arm and Gun and Hand to hand Ninja right hand and blade.

Superboy -Orginal Costume

Super boy is one of my favorites so I modded him a few times. This is his orignal outfit and came from Starman's head, Mr. Terrifics Torso and arms and Deadshot's legs. The rest is putty.

Superboy -Statue Pose

The heroclix of Superboy comes in this costume but he is really tiny. This is a much bigger one. His head is Ult Mr. Fanatastic, Constrictors arms, Punisher's boots, IC Unique superman's torso, and Icons Aquaman legs. Putty is added to arms and calves for more of a tshirt and jeans look.

Supergirl - Linda Danvers

Supergirl is the original's heroclix of supergirl torso, wasps legs, saturn girls head, con artist skirt and doves arms.
Superman is Doc Samson's head, Doctor Doom's Cap, Blizzards Arms, Skrull Commando's hands, Hypertime Superman torso, and I have no idea on the legs.

Wondergirl -new Costume

Wondergirl is Tiger Lily's pants and torso, Donna Troys arms (repositioned) and Saturn Girls head. Part of wonder Woman's lasso was used for the the lasso and the rest of it is a paper clip. Rest is putty

 
Supergirl is a very poor copy of Jacinb's version at Jacinb.net.
Heatwave was made out of easy compy soldiers torso and legs and blue beetle's arms and head. I am not sure who's gun I used but I am pretty sure it is an indyclix. The rest is putty.
Mirror Master was made so Captain cold would have someone to play with. Aquaman torso, aim agent arms, kobra agent head and some guns from Swat.
Dr Alchemy another quick mod to field with Captain Cold. He mostly came from the parts bin but I know that is Kobra's head.
Evil Superboy - I mostly needed someone to field with Armored Lex so I mad his mindcontrolled "son". I putty cast icon supermans torso so I could easily cut the s and then used Thugs legs and arms. Radiactive mans head wen ton top with some of Sunfire's flames over the eyes.
